Neal & Harwell obtains appellate win in Sixth Circuit, allowing firm’s client to pursue retaliation claim in court instead of arbitration.  The victory is the second appellate win obtained by Neal & Harwell in the case, as the Sixth Circuit also rebuffed the defendant’s attempt to require arbitration in an earlier appeal decided in 2020.  The Neal & Harwell team was led by Nathan Sanders, who argued the appeal before a three-judge panel in Cleveland.  Read more on the Sixth Circuit decision HERE.  Information about the earlier appeal can be found HERE.
