N&H attorneys Steve Montgomery and Jay Harbison recently secured a $213,000 jury verdict on behalf of a Neal & Harwell client in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. The case concerned the inexcusably delayed construction of a municipal sewer pipeline through a client’s golf course. The jury found that the golf course was an intended third-party beneficiary of the construction contract and awarded damages against both the contractor and the municipality. The trial was held in Columbia, Tennessee before visiting District Judge Billy Roy Wilson of the Eastern District of Arkansas.
