The Tennessee Court of Appeals reversed the verdict of the trial court in 101 Construction Company v. Lawrence B. Hammet, II et al., No. M2018-01321-COA-R3-CV and instead ordered a directed verdict in favor of Neal & Harwell’s client in the amount of $67,335.69.

An application for permission to appeal the reversed verdict was submitted on behalf of the appellees. The application was denied, 101 Construction Company v. Lawrence B. Hammet, II et al., No. M2018-01321-COA-R3-CV, making the appeal final and favorable for Neal & Harwell client, 101 Construction Company. This case will now go back to trial court to seek prejudgment interest.
