Judge Daniel Breen, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, granted summary judgment in favor of Hankook Tire America Corporation in a product liability action.

Erik C. Lybeck has joined Neal & Harwell, PLC as an associate attorney. He will focus on general litigation. Mr. Lybeck earned his J.D. at Vanderbilt University Law School in 2016. He received his Bachelor of Arts, English, from University of South Carolina, Honors College.
