The Tennessee Performing Arts Center presented its esteemed Applause Award to Aubrey Harwell, Jr. on August 27, 2016, in recognition of his distinguished contribution to the arts. TPAC’s President and CEO, Kathleen O’Brien, presented the award, finding the words of the great William Shakespeare most appropriate for the occasion, “he doth bestride the narrow world / Like a Colossus”
