Charles Barrett joined Neal & Harwell in September 2015. He works as a civil litigator in state and federal courts across the country. His practice focuses on personal injury cases, antitrust and consumer class actions, and False Claims Act claims, but he has also represented large multinational corporations in commercial disputes.

Away from the office, Charles spends time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their five children. He also serves on the board of directors of the Martha O’Bryan Center, one of Nashville’s oldest and most well respected nonprofits for the underprivileged.
