Larry W. Lindeen joined Neal & Harwell in 2006 following his retirement from Exxon Mobil Corporation. Throughout his three decades of practice in the ExxonMobil Department of Law, he practiced in the General Corporate, Natural Gas, and Refining/Environmental Health Departments and served as Coordinator of the Legal Specialties Group.

The majority of Mr. Lindeen’s practice focuses on defense of civil and criminal environmental matters, including state and federal grand jury investigations, enforcement actions, Superfund matters, and administrative violations and cleanups in the areas of air, water, hazardous waste and toxic substances, as well as related civil and criminal litigation with the U.S. Department of Justice, state attorneys general, district attorneys, and private litigants.

An avid runner, Mr. Lindeen has successfully completed more than 12 Boston and Houston Marathons, as well as numerous 5Ks, 10Ks, marathons, ultra marathons, and all-distance charity runs.
